On 4 July 2024, Michelin presented its updated selection of restaurants for the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2024 at an event held at the One&Only One Za'abeel hotel. Over 100 establishments representing 35 different types of cuisine impressed Michelin inspectors and were included in the final selection for the year.
The third edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai has four new restaurants awarded one Michelin star, one restaurant awarded two Michelin stars, and six restaurants received the Bib Gourmand label.
Anonymous Michelin representatives scour Dubai in search of interesting establishments. They evaluate the following criteria:
- quality of ingredients,
- the craftsmanship of the dishes,
- harmony of flavors,
- the personality of the chef,
- consistency over time and across the entire menu.
How are the stars distributed?
- One star is awarded for cuisine that is worth a stop.
- Two Michelin stars are given for excellent cuisine that is worth a detour.
- Three stars can be awarded for cuisine that is worth a special trip.
This Michelin guide will tell you about famous restaurants in Dubai that have been awarded Michelin stars. We recommend using premium car hire and going for an unforgettable dinner.
