Row on 45: Best Fusion Michelin Restaurant

Row on 45.jpg

We couldn’t help but start our list of the best restaurants in Dubai without mentioning Row on 45. First, it’s one of only four restaurants in the city with 2 Michelin stars — a top distinction that signifies “excellent cooking, worth a detour.” So, whether you’re a local in Dubai or visiting the city for the very first time, consider finding some extra time to dine there.

Second, it’s a creative fusion restaurant. While Japanese and French cuisines may not seem compatible at first, British chef Jason Atherton proves that you can use Asian premium ingredients and European techniques to create true masterpieces.

Third, dining at Row on 45 is more than just enjoying an outstanding dinner — it’s a theatrical presentation. Your multi-sensory journey begins in the lounge with champagne and continues with a 17-course tasting menu featuring amazing dishes from Oyster and Cheese & Onion to Aged Barbary Duck and Tea & Cake. Each course is introduced with a unique anecdote and is prepared right before your eyes. You don’t just eat — you see, feel, and taste the artistry.

What car perfectly matches this place? We’d say it’s a Mercedes. The brand is associated with sophistication and luxury without excessive flash, complementing the understated yet opulent atmosphere of Row on 45. We personally believe that Mercedes-Maybach Virgil Abloh best embodies the elegance of the restaurant. However, our car fleet offers over 80 alternative luxury vehicles, including the 2024 models. Choose what suits your needs and enjoy the immersive dining experience as the most welcomed guest in this exceptional Dubai restaurant.

Il Ristorante Niko Romito: Best Italian Michelin Restaurant

Do you believe that Italy is the only place where you can enjoy the authentic taste of Italian dishes? Il Ristorante Niko Romito — one of the top restaurants in Dubai and one of the best Italian restaurants in UAE — can prove you wrong.

The main reason why visitors usually call it an absolute must-try is the blend of modern and classical Italian cuisine. The mix is so great that the place earned 2 Michelin stars in 2022. Moreover, it has been awarded for three consecutive years, and we are sure it will maintain that streak next year. Celebrity Chef Niko, as well as Chef Sugiyama and Chef Giacomo Amicucci, offer a mind-blowing tasting menu including everything you could expect and more, from Cold handmade tagliolini with langoustines to Bellini white chocolate mousse.

What about the matching car? If you want to pay some tribute to the Italian cuisine and culture at large, Ferrari will definitely be the best to visit Niko Romito. If you don’t have one, you can find seven top-notch models on our luxury car rental site, make a choice, and enjoy your ride without making any deposit for the rental period.

STAY by Yannick Alléno: Best Modern French Restaurant

STAY by Yannick Alléno.jpg

Where to eat in Dubai? If you are really into classic French cuisine yet still want to try something new, book the table at Stay. Do it well in advance, though. This Michelin-starred restaurant located in Palm Jumeirah, One&Only The Palm, to be exact, is one of the must-see and must-try popular destinations in Dubai.

There are two exceptional menus at Stay. Master chef Yannick Alléno created the 5-course Emotion Menu and the 7-course Experience menu for those who want to try as many exclusive dishes as possible. You can also choose separate dishes from Les Entrees, Le Principal, and Le Desserts. Each is something special. Whether you choose Blue Lobster ”Civet,” Wagyu Beef and Mushrooms Mille-Feuille, or Topinambour Ice Cream, the experience will be unforgettable.

Which car to choose to go there? Well, it’s always subjective, but we believe that Rolls-Royce or Porsche would match the no-stuffy elegance and luxury of the place perfectly. Of course, no one can stop you from renting Lamborghini, either. It matches the innovative nature of the cuisine in a way. Also, this restaurant allows bookings for events and celebrations. It would be a perfect surprise gift for someone, and if you want your experience to be outstanding, you can add one of the Trinity gift cards so your loved one will have a full package. The car can be delivered to any location, a full fuel tank is given as a gift from the company, and all details can be discussed with a personal manager. So, you have every chance to make this special day truly perfect.

Location: One&Only The Palm Hotel, Crescent Road (West), The Palm Jumeirah

Trèsind Studio: Best Indian Restaurant in Dubai

Trèsind Studio.jpg

Source: https://tresindstudio.com/images/

Calling Trèsind Studio one of the good restaurants would be a huge understatement. There are around 500 Indian restaurants in the city, and this is one of the few given a Michelin start and the only place with two stars in Dubai. Moreover, it won multiple awards and is now ranked no.11 on the 50 Best Restaurants global ranking.

What makes it special, though? First of all, it’s 100% authentic. Chef Himanshu Saini aimed to challenge the classic perceptions of Indian food by combining familiar tastes with new, often unexpected flavors. All ingredients are organic and provided by sustainable farmers in the United Arab Emirates.

Here, you can not only try unique dishes like charred lobster tail with thakkali thokku, corn & tamarind curry, or king oyster noodles with black fungus but also try unique drinks from the Trèsind botanical bar program, including multiple specially curated beverages you can’t try elsewhere.

We believe the perfect car for this place is a Bentley Continental or Bentley Bentayga. Of course, both are available from our rental at a reasonable price that includes 300 miles daily, VAT, and all toll road fees so that you can easily reach Palm Jumeirah.

Location: St. Regis Gardens, The Palm Jumeirah

The Maine Oyster Bar & Grill: Best America-Inspired Restaurant

The Maine.png

Source: https://themaine.ae/business-bay-menu

The Maine’s history started in 2014, far away from Dubai. It was just one of the new brasseries in the US, but it quickly became the leading player in the New England restaurant market. In 2015, the restaurant opened at the edge of Dubai's coastline. Success wasn’t long in coming: it was recognized as the Best Newcomer in 2016, Best Seafood from BBC Good Food, Best Restaurant, was featured in Vogue Arabia and many more magazines.

So, it’s a widely known and recognized restaurant at Business Bay. But what exactly do you get there? First, it’s an incredible menu cascading from good old stakes to snails, lobsters, and lots of fish and oysters. All cocktails are unique, and most are inspired by the culture of the United States. In The Maine, you can try gin-based Mayflower Martini or Plymouth Rock, whiskey-based Orange Brew Manhattan, refreshing Cold Brew Tonic, etc. The choice of wines and liquours won’t disappoint you either.

Though the team values American simplicity, it’s creative, modern, luxurious, and, yes, undoubtedly fancy. That’s why we suggest BMW or Range Rover as the perfect fit for this place. Again, you can get it at Trinity for any term and pay with a card, cash, and even crypto without any deposits required.

Location: Ground Floor, The DoubleTree by Hilton

COYA: Best Peruvian Fusion Restaurant

COYA.jpg

Source: https://coyarestaurant.com/dubai/en/calendardetails/brunch-

Of course, our list wouldn’t be complete without Latin American food. Whether you’re already into it or want to try it for the very first time, we recommend COYA — one of Dubai best restaurants and an innovative, delicious, artistic, and creative place to visit.

Once you enter the dining room, you realize there’ll be an exciting journey to Latin America. Everything in the interior screams about that but doesn’t look messy. It’s not only about adding national attributes but also about the style. The variety of dishes and drinks is outstanding. That’s the best place to try ceviche’s, tiraditos, anticuchos, etc. If it’s too hard for you to make a choice, go for Menu Degustation, but don’t forget to take a partner or a friend — it’s served for two.

By the way, you can visit different events at COYA to boost the experience even further. Book a ticker for the COYA music event or its famous brunches and enjoy exceptional food and communication. Also, if we had to choose a car for this place, it would definitely be McLaren.

Location: Restaurant Village Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach Rd, Jumeirah 2

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal: Best British Restaurant

Dinner-By-Heston-Fruit-Tart.jpg

Source: https://www.atlantis.com/dubai/dining/dinner-by-heston

In your opinion, what was the British cuisine in the 13th century like? We can make assumptions, of course, but it’s better to try it. Surprisingly, you can do it right at the Atlantis Hotel, and the experience will be unforgettable.

Of course, Chef Heston Blumenthal upgraded the medieval recipes. He created something fundamentally new from old. Though dishes like Hay Smoked Salmon, Fillet Of Wagyu Beef, Truffled New Potatoes, and Lamington Cake don’t sound super exotic, once you try them, you see what all that buzz was all about.

The restaurant has already got its Michelin start and expects to get even more. Well, we bet Heston Blumenthal’s infamous Meat Fruit, mandarin and chicken liver parfait, and Tipsy Cake will bring him success. If we had to choose a car for this place, we’d opt for Maserati.

Location: Atlantis The Royal, Crescent Rd, Palm Jumeirah

Orfali Bros Bistro: Best for Trying the New Version of Syrian Cuisine

Orfali Bros.jpg

Source: https://orfalibros.com/product/fig-tart/

Orfali Bros Bistro is a unique place. Founded by two brothers from Syria, it’s a perfect restaurant to try multicultural, avant-garde, and creative cuisine. Owners, especially Mohamad, travel a lot and aren’t afraid to experiment with new styles and cooking traditions. Mohammad, Wassim, and Omar pay tribute to tradition, though, too, giving a new outlook to Syrian cuisine.

The menu is extensive. Come to try their Caviar Bun, Ooh La La foie gras, Orfali Bayildi eggplant, TNT Patatas triple-cooked chips, Burnt Leeks & Truffle sourdough, and many more exclusive dishes to ensure you won’t taste anything like them elsewhere. Desserts, however, are still the best — no wonder they are one of the visit cards of the restaurant. If you choose this place to celebrate your journey in Dubai, you’ll immediately see why the restaurant has that many rewards. Michelin star is not given for no reason. The same goes for the title of one of the 50 world’s best Restaurants that Orfali Bros Bistor got in 2024. Each dish proves the experts were absolutely right. Do you want to impress everyone with the matching car, though? In our opinion, that must be Porsche.

Location: D92, Jumeirah, Jumeirah 1

Gaia: Best Greek Restaurant in Dubai

Gaia.jpg

Source: https://www.instagram.com/gaia__dxb/

Opened in 2018, Gaia is widely recognized as one of the best Greek-Mediterranean restaurants in the city. It wasn’t the first one, though. You can visit Gaia in London, Marbella, or Monte-Carlo, but this is the must-try place if you’re already in Dubai.

At this beautiful restaurant, you won’t be able to order a degustation menu, so you’ll need to make choices. It won’t be easy — dozens of dishes are available, and each is absolutely worth trying. So, we’d recommend taking a glance at the menu in advance. What would you choose, Tuna Caviar, Sea Bream Carpaccio, Greek Style Meatballs, Wood Oven Prawns, or Roasted Chicken? Don’t forget to see desserts, too. Peanut Tart, Coconut Cake, and Gaia Platter 345 are amazing, but Greek frozen yogurt is still the number one offer for those who want to taste a perfect flavor associated with this particular country. As for the matching car, in our opinion, Audi suits the concept best.

Location: Dubai International Financial Centre, Gate Village Number 4

Ninive: Best for Trying Middle-Eastern Cuisine

Nivine.jpg

Source: https://ninive.ae/#menu

Last but certainly not least, Ninive deserves its spot among Dubai's must-try restaurants. Here, you can try the most exclusive dishes from Morocco, Turkey, Iran, and North Africa, but just like all other places on our list, it’s not just about delicious food — it’s about the entire experience.

The design is outstanding — the restaurant is supposed to be a modern urban majlis and resemble the Hanging Gardens of Babylon right between the numerous towers of Dubai. In the evening, when the lights are on, the view gets just magical.

If you don’t know what to choose, you always have Chef’s Selection. At the moment, 11 top dishes are suggested to guests, and Cheese Briwat, Spiced Beef Kibbeh, Adana Kebab, and Turkish Baklava dessert are definitely our favorites. We’d also highly recommend trying cocktails — each one is a masterpiece. What about the car? We’d go for the Mercedes AMG GT-R, but as usual, the choice is yours.

Location: Emirates Towers Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Rd
